Back Up of Sump & Sewer & Rental Car Reimbursement Coverage

I keep reminding everyone to make sure they have back up of sump and sewer coverage because it’s our most common homeowners claim and most policies don’t cover it unless you pay extra and purchase the option but I wanted to mention the second most common source of claims dissatisfaction.. this time related to the automobile insurance policy….  Rental Car Reimbursement Coverage.  This coverage allows you to rent a vehicle while your car is unusable because of an insurance related claim like a collision or theft.  You have to purchase this coverage and it costs extra but the price is minimal.  Please check your policy to make sure you have rental car reimbursement coverage.  Also, if you need to be able to rent a larger car like a minivan or SUV etc… the cost per day for the rental car reimbursement coverage varies.  If you just need a small compact replacement car temporarily then go with the minimum per day option like $20 to $25 dollars per day.  If you think you’d need a larger, or would like a nicer vehicle you can buy coverage up to $75 per day.  Just give us a call and we’ll tell you the cost for the coverage.
